Reduce Anxiety and Improve Sleep Quality

Soulshine Yoga Classes are a mix of movement, meditation, and breath-work scientifically proven to:

  • Increase physical activity

  • Inspire a healthier diet

  • Improve sleep quality

  • Reduce stress levels by increasing GABA (Gamma-Aminobutyric acid) an amino acid produced in the brain that produces a calming effect and reduce cortisol (the stress hormone)

Along with the above benefits a weekly practice will assist you to develop core strength, increase flexibility, improve your posture, boost mood, and increase your mind-body connection. Regardless of being a beginner, intermediate, or advanced yogi—each class is modified to meet everyone's needs.

Get Started

To get started, all you need is a yoga mat and floor space. Some classes incorporate yoga blocks (a firm pillow can be substituted) and a yoga strap (a belt can be substituted). Then choose a class that interests you and once you register you will be given a link. The day of your class log in from the comfort of your home.
